1. Website and Hosting
Kyrantis uses this website to provide information about its AI policy tools, datasets, methodology, applications, and related product work.
Kyrantis uses Netlify to host, deploy, secure, and monitor this website. Netlify may process technical request data such as IP addresses, URLs requested, timestamps, status codes, referrers, user-agent information, approximate location, bandwidth, and error information.
Kyrantis may use Netlify Web Analytics and logs to understand basic site traffic, reliability, page requests, referrals, 404 errors, and bandwidth. Netlify Web Analytics is based on server-side CDN log data and does not require Kyrantis to add client-side tracking code or advertising cookies.
Kyrantis does not sell website visitor information.
2. AI Policy Tools
Kyrantis provides web-based AI policy tools and prototypes, including governance review workflows, consultation-analysis workflows, source-linked datasets, incident tracking, use-case mapping, and evidence-review tools.
Information entered into these tools may include policy scenarios, consultation text, AI use-case descriptions, organizational examples, or other user-provided content. Unless a tool clearly states otherwise, Kyrantis does not use this information to identify users, sell personal information, or build user profiles.
Some tools may process user-provided inputs temporarily in the browser or through hosted infrastructure in order to generate tool outputs, reports, summaries, or downloadable files. Users should not enter confidential, sensitive, personal, classified, legally privileged, or production government information into these prototypes unless they have independently confirmed that the tool is appropriate for that use.
The AI policy tools are prototypes for policy workflow demonstration and research-support purposes. They are not official government systems and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, procurement, employment, benefits, enforcement, or other consequential decisions.
Where a tool uses third-party AI model providers, hosting services, or platform infrastructure, those services may process input and output data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Kyrantis does not sell user-provided tool inputs.
3. Our Applications
Kyrantis develops multiple mobile applications. Each application has its own privacy policy that describes exactly how data is handled within that product. You should review the privacy policy for each app before using it.
App-specific privacy policies are accessible from within each application and from their respective App Store listings. Where possible, our applications are designed with privacy-first principles:
- On-device data processing and storage
- Minimal data collection
- No personal data transmitted to Kyrantis servers
- User-controlled data deletion
4. Third-Party Services
Netlify - Used for website hosting, deployment, CDN delivery, logs, and Web Analytics. Netlify may process technical request data in order to deliver, secure, monitor, and analyze the website. Netlify handles this data according to its own privacy and service terms.
Some Kyrantis applications integrate third-party services including advertising networks, payment processors, and platform services provided by Apple or Google. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Relevant third parties are disclosed in each application's individual privacy policy.
5. Children's Privacy
Kyrantis products are not directed at children under the age of 13 unless explicitly stated within a specific application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Many Kyrantis applications are intentionally designed so that all user data remains stored locally on the user's device and is never transmitted externally.
